Products sold are non-refundable. All defect products may be exchanged with an original receipt\/invoice or mail order packing invoice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company does not refund the original or return shipping costs on returned products. The defect product must be returned through a traceable delivery system. It is the responsibility of the party returning the product to track the shipment. The Company is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged during shipment. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed.
